Best Constantine I Talent Trees

Because Constantine I is a defensive commander, he is not flexible and don’t have a lot of solid talent builds to offer aside serving the role as main garrison commander. Although, in this part we have 2 talent builds that you definitely can work around with Constantine I, both as a garrison commander and in PvP / Field battles of your choice.

Garrison Talent Build

Constantine I Garrison Talent Build ROK

This is the preferred talent build for Constantine I. It focuses on increasing his combat capabilities as the garrison commander, expanding his defense, attack and health values. The garrison talent build also further increase Constantine I ‘s speed of rage building which makes it possible for him to keep the enemy forces weaken, while delivering heavy blows.

PvP / Field Talent Build

Constantine I PvP and Field Talent Build ROK

You don’t actually have to keep this legendary commander as a garrison commander if you want to be able to take advantage of his powerful healing and large health pool in PvP / field battles. This talent build focuses on increasing the effect of healing so that it is more impactful. Plus the speed of rage generation is improved that keeps your targets weakened. Additionally, infantry gets march speed, health, defense and attack bonus. A good talent build for PvP battles.

Best Recommended Roles (Primary / Secondary)

When Constantine I is serving as a garrison commander for your city, he automatically takes the priority as the primary commander. He is a solid defensive commander and will always be the primary choice. On the PvP / Field battles, he takes the position as secondary commander.

Best Primary / Secondary Commander Pairs

In the next part of our best Constantine I commander guide for beginners, we are going to talk about primary and secondary commander to pair with him. In this list, you will be surprised by how deadly these pairs can be when used in conjunction with Constantine I’s skill set and talent builds.

Alexander the Great

Alexander the Great Commander ROK

There’s so many reasons why this pair is considered the Bulwark Combo which is because Alexander the Great gives a massive defense boost to Constantine I’s already powerful defensive capabilities.

In addition to that, Alexander the Great can pull up a shield which will gain 40% damage reduction from active skill. This pair will pretty much stop nukers in their path easily. A must-have combo for any players who wants a solid defender pair.

Alternatively, you can roll with Charles Martel as he is a decent defender and focuses on maximizing the troops’ damage that will help accelerate the battle quite a bit.

Mehmed II

Mehmed II Commander Rise of Kingdoms

If you want to roll Constantine I in a PvP battle / field wars, then it is best to pair him with Mehmed II as he can benefit from powerful defensive values. Plus he can easily work around pure infantry, making him one of the best pick commander in Rise of Kingdoms.

Alternatively, you can go with Osman I, Julius Caesar, or Scipio Africanus if you don’t have Mehmed II as they all have similar skill set.

Sun Tzu

Sun Tzu Commander ROK

Sun Tzu adds an interesting twist to the game for players who wants to be able to have the flexibility of playing as both garrison commander and on the field. He is equipped with AoE splash damage, which he can hit up to 5 targets and pretty much can do a moderate amount of threat.

However, if you don’t have Sun Tzu (in this case if you aren’t playing as China), then a good alternative choice is Kusunoki Masashige (again, if you aren’t playing as Japan).
