Best Artemisia I Commander Guide ROK

Battle of Salamis
Deals damage to own troops (Damage Factor 300) and deals damage to up to 3 enemies in a forward-facing fan-shaped area.

  • Direct Damage Factor: 800/1000/1200/1500/1800

Battle of Salamis on the first impression might come across as confusing why it would deal damage to your commander in the first place. However, the 300 self-damage is mitigated through our recommended talent builds so the net of self-damage is actually zero. In this case, Battle of Salamis is a solid and incredibly powerful active skill that does ton of damage upwards to 3 targets.

Bow and Mount
Increases archery units’ defense and health.

  • Archer Defense Bonus: 5%/8%/11%/15%/20%
  • Archer Health Bonus: 5%/8%/11%/15%/20%

Bow and Mount gives 20% bonus to defense and health to archers. Great for Artemisia I as a garrison commander and when battling against enemy players.

Ally of Xerxes
While serving as a garrison commander, reduces incoming normal attack damage and each normal attack has a 10% chance to Disarm the target (disabling their normal attacks), lasts for 1 second.

  • Normal Attack Damage Reduction: 2%/4%/6%/8%/10%

Gives 10% flat damage reduction when serving as the garrison commander. Plus Artemisia I has a small chance to disarm enemy troops, disabling them from attacking you for 1 second which will easily shave off a portion of incoming damage.

Queen of Caria
When rage accumulates to 80%, there’s a 50% chance to silence self for 3s, but increase all damage dealt for 5 seconds.

  • Damage Increase: 25%/30%/35%/40%/50%

This is somewhat counter-intuitive since the active skill damage is already mitigated by our recommend talent builds. So the self-silence might be a bit challenging for some of the players who wants to maximize her active skill to full potential. However, the trade off is 50% increased damage for 3 seconds that does plays well with our recommended talent builds.

Rules of Survival
Normal attacks have a 10% chance to cause the target to continuously take damage (Damage Factor 400) each second, but also increases their skill damage by 15%, lasts for 3 seconds.

This enhanced skill gives Artemisia I a small chance to deal a steady flow of direct damage and also increases enemy active skill damage by 15% for 3 seconds. The enemy active damage bonus is already mitigated by our recommended talent builds.
